PairWorks Labs LLC, doing business as GuardPair, operates a marketplace technology platform for businesses and independent security providers.
We may collect account and contact information, provider credentials and business documents, booking and payment records, messages and reports, device information, and location information during an active booking when permission is enabled. When a user accepts legal terms, we also record the account ID and email, acceptance time, document version, IP address, and device or client identifier as evidence of consent.
We use information to operate accounts, display marketplace profiles, support bookings, process payments and payouts through Stripe, review eligibility, provide messaging and active-booking tools, prevent fraud, provide support, and comply with legal obligations.
Information may be shared between users as needed for marketplace activity and with service providers such as Stripe, hosting, storage, messaging, verification, and support providers. We may disclose information when required by law or needed to protect safety and rights.
Provider location is intended to be collected and shared with the authorized business only during an active confirmed booking. It is not intended to be always-on outside active bookings.
We retain information as needed for platform operation, payment and tax records, disputes, safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and enforcement. Users may request deletion in Account Settings, through our account deletion page, or by emailing support@guardpair.com. Some records may be retained where necessary.
